You will be in charge of managing the office operation and also function in your role as assistant to the Managing Director. In this double function you will be showing an exceptional organizational talent as you will have to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously. Our work environment is fast paced, with an open communication culture. Your task will span a wide array from supporting the MD, managing the team, marketing and research, human resources such as hiring new talents and also keeping the office running on supplies and whatever else is needed.

Responsibilities
Management
- Develop a detailed project plan and ensure that all stages of the project are delivered on-time, professionally, within scope and budget and up to the high quality required
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Establish/ maintain/ coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Supporting the Managing Director with the day to day managing of the office with admin and organizational tasks
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Marketing and research
- Closely work with website development team including the functionalities, design as well as ensuring it is being functional with professional look and accuracy of the site including both Thai and English content and graphic
- Be a part of creative team to brainstorm, supervise and monitor to ensure the high quality of work in line with company’s CI and appropriateness of each user groups
- Translate content into English & Thai and be able to monitor/supervise the translation from the team and outsource
- Conduct industry research, SWOT analysis and related research required
Human resources
- Coordinate with job websites and post job descriptions
- Sourcing, arranging initial interview with candidates and hiring new talents
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 5 years of working experience in an international/ corporate office environment with an excellent work structure
- Proven record of exceptional internal and external management with wide array of skills
- Love working with energetic team with people management skills
- High level of reliability, maturity, discipline, and sense of confidentiality
- Fluency in English & Thai with translation background is a plus
- Familiarity with graphic, website and vdo production will be a big plus
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Overall good computer literacy

Videographer / Video Editor
Job
Description
You will be responsible for the creation of highly engaging complex videos including interactive video features such as automatic hotspots, branching, 360 degree interactive video, inline quizzes and in video analysis. Together with the content and creative team you will prepare conceptual layouts and story boards for the projects.
An excellent understanding of various filming techniques such as indoor and outdoor filming, “filming on the go”, interview based filming. Skills in AR/ VR methods and 360 degree filming are desirable but not required.
Requirements
We require a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro X. Please have a representative portfolio of recent work, ready to show.

Description
You will be in charge of the full cycle of our e-learning content development. You will set the curriculum and topics we address, write and control scripts of our team and outsource content writers. But furthermore you will be responsible to bring the scripts to life together with our graphic design, video graphic and motion graphic team. Ultimately you will be the manager for all our content leading all teams involved and reporting directly to the Managing Director giving you direct access to the top management.
To succeed in this position you should have a background in K-12 education with at least 6 years actively teaching or developing content from a top reputable school. We are focusing on Sciences so it would be good if this is at the heart of your resume. An interest in new technologies and how to use their advantages to increase learning outcomes for students is desirable. Last but not least you should have some people skills as you will manage multiple teams to produce our content. Attention to detail is a key trait of yours.
